Placebo mark the 30th anniversary of their self-titled debut with RE:CREATED, a reimagined version built from the original master tapes. Conceived as a “director’s cut,” the project revisits the album through the perspective of three decades of live performance and reflection.

Working from the original recordings, the band refine and expand the material while staying faithful to the spirit of the original release. The result sharpens the album’s sound and atmosphere, presenting the songs with renewed focus while preserving the character that defined Placebo’s breakthrough.

RE:CREATED stands as both tribute and reinterpretation: a considered return to the record that first introduced Placebo’s distinctive voice.
