Nina Maia – Inteira (Deluxe Edition)

Inteira (Deluxe Edition) is the debut album by Brazilian singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Nina Maia, an emerging voice blending Brazilian musical tradition with contemporary influences.

Born in Minas Gerais and now based in São Paulo, Maia delivers a deeply personal record that moves between MPB, samba-canção, jazz and alternative pop, drawing inspiration from artists such as Milton Nascimento and Toninho Horta while also reflecting modern influences like Billie Eilish and Rosalía. Recorded with a close group of collaborators, the album features Thalin on drums, Valentim Frateschi on bass, Thales Hashiguti on viola and violin, and Francisca Barreto on cello and vocals, with production and guitar by Yann Dardenne. The songs explore memories, emotions and moments from the artist’s youth through intimate arrangements and expressive vocals. This deluxe edition, released internationally by Mr Bongo, expands the original album with additional material including the new track “Manhã”, a reinterpretation of Vinicius de Moraes’ classic “Serenata do Adeus”, and extra versions such as “De Dentro (Live)” and “Gosto Meio Doce” with Francisca Barreto, further showcasing the sound of one of Brazil’s most promising new artists.
