Grupo Medusa is the self-titled album by the Brazilian instrumental group Grupo Medusa, originally released in 1981 and reissued on vinyl by Mad About Records.

The record brings together some of the most respected musicians from the Brazilian jazz and instrumental scene of the time, including Amilson Godoy, Heraldo do Monte, Cláudio Bertrami and Chico Medori. The music blends jazz fusion, samba, Afro-Brazilian rhythms and elements of popular Brazilian music, resulting in a sophisticated, energetic and highly exploratory sound.
