Pixies – At The BBC

Released in 2024, At The BBC compiles for the first time all of the Pixies' BBC radio sessions recorded between 1988 and 1991.

This edition features 24 tracks across six sessions—five for John Peel and one for Mark Goodier—showcasing the band's raw energy and spontaneity in the studio. Highlights include renditions of classics like “Dead,” “Tame,” and “Wave of Mutilation,” as well as covers of The Beatles’ “Wild Honey Pie,” “(In Heaven) Lady in the Radiator Song” from Eraserhead, and The Beach Boys’ “Hang On to Your Ego.” The new cover art, designed by Chris Bigg, pays tribute to the band's visual legacy, featuring unseen archival images by Simon Larbalestier .
