Claiana - Volume 1

Debut album by Claiana, released in 2018 by Favela Discos, a Porto-based art collective associated with experimental music. Comprising 11 tracks, the album explores a diverse sonic approach, blending different influences and musical languages into a contemporary and exploratory body of work. It includes tracks such as “Bizness”, a version and homage to Kassav’ and Patrick Saint-Éloi, alongside other compositions that establish a distinct identity throughout the record. Released on CD in a limited edition including a poster, this first volume stands as both a musical and artistic statement within the Portuguese alternative scene.
