You Have Fallen... Congratulations! is the fifth album by Porto’s noise-punk band Sunflowers and their first release on UK’s Fuzz Club Records.

It’s a sonic and emotional freefall, sharpening their chaotic style while discarding traditional structure. Born from spontaneous, impulsive demos, the album captures a raw, living energy the band chose to follow rather than control. With no set plan, each track reflects immediate responses to life, stress, joy, and absurdity. Across eight songs, the record shifts between noise rock, punk, warped psychedelia, and eerie calm, always teetering on the edge. The title acts as a sarcastic trophy for surviving the collapse — an existential scream that refuses despair, instead embracing irony and vitality. Lyrically, it explores burnout, identity, and detachment, but also the joy that breaks through surrender.
