Salvador Sobral - A Flor do Recomeço

The acclaimed Portuguese artist, Salvador Sobral, presents his first album composed exclusively of Brazilian themes, entitled "A Flor do Recomeço" (The Flower of Rebirth).

Recorded in São Paulo under the musical production of Tó Brandileone and the artistic direction of Marcus Preto, the album is a declaration of principles: a return to origins to continue moving forward. The new record, to be released on October 16, 2026, includes a stellar selection of previously unreleased songs composed by renowned artists such as Adriana Calcanhotto, Arnaldo Antunes, Chico César, Céu, Marcelo Camelo, Mallu Magalhães, Marcos Valle, and Tim Bernardes. Considered one of the most respected figures in contemporary European music, Sobral turns his gaze to one of the essential sources of his sentimental and musical education. Brazil does not appear here as a passing influence or as a stylistic device, but rather as an affective territory, a sound that has accompanied the singer since his childhood.
