Ramones – Road To Ruin
25.00€
"Road to Ruin", released in 1978, is the fourth studio album by the Ramones and represents a slight shift in the band’s sound, introducing more melodic elements and cleaner production.
While it retains the raw energy and signature punk attitude of the Ramones, the album includes more accessible touches like guitar solos and ballads, especially noticeable in tracks like "Don't Come Close" and "Questioningly". It was also the first album to feature drummer Marky Ramone, replacing Tommy. Although it wasn’t a major commercial success at the time, "Road to Ruin" has become a fan favourite and is often seen as an important transitional record in the band’s career.
