mclusky continue their second life as a band with i sure am getting sick of this bowling alley, a six-song mini album that pushes forward rather than looking back. The record pairs four tracks recorded in late 2025 with two songs previously released digitally, capturing a group that sounds fully reactivated and comfortably abrasive.

Formed in the late ’90s, dissolved in 2005, and gradually reassembled via sporadic benefit shows and false starts, mclusky’s return has unfolded on their own terms. After re-establishing themselves with a full-length comeback, this release sharpens the focus: compact, caustic songs delivered with the same bite, humour and volatility that defined their earlier work, now tightened by experience rather than softened by it.
