Palmiers – Palmiers is an album released by Saliva Diva on June 20, 2020.

The band consists of Ricardo Prado on guitar, Gabriel Costa on keys and percussion, Tito Sousa on drums, and José Silva on bass. The record was produced, recorded and mixed by Ricardo Cabral at Quarto Escuro in Porto, and mastered by Tiago Ralha. The artwork is by Joana Carneiro. The album offers an immersive atmospheric experience, combining a variety of influences: progressive rock, new wave, dream pop, tropicália, krautrock, as well as alternative and instrumental pop elements. There is a sensation of exotic travel, remote landscapes and tropical climates, yet also a sense of intimacy, as if hearing sounds that breathe between the familiar and the unfamiliar. The instrumentation is careful and textured, with guitars, keyboards, percussion and rhythms that build atmosphere, alternating moments of energy with lighter passages. The sound conveys irreverence, spontaneity and an aesthetic blend of organic and ethereal. Palmiers – Palmiers is an album that reveals its layers with repeated listens, inviting the discovery of hidden details, moods and emotions.
