Caspian – Tertia

An immersive journey into instrumental post-rock, where atmospheric guitars, expansive melodies and powerful crescendos combine to create a deeply emotional listening experience.

The American band Caspian craft cinematic soundscapes that move between moments of contemplative delicacy and surges of energy, layering guitars, bass and drums in gradual builds that eventually reach overwhelming intensity. “Ghosts of the Garden City” stands out for its gradual development and dense atmosphere, while “Of Foam and Wave” combines melancholic melodies with an increasingly dynamic arrangement. “The Raven” explores darker, more immersive territory, and “Sycamore”, with its extended instrumental progression, brings the album to a majestic crescendo. Without relying on vocals, the music leaves room for personal interpretation, evoking images, emotions and landscapes that evolve throughout each composition. An essential listen for fans of post-rock, instrumental rock and atmospheric music, ideal for those seeking an immersive, powerful sound full of subtle detail.
