In 2025, jazz.pt magazine celebrates two decades of existence with the release of a special print edition, published in July. This publication marks the culmination of an important cycle of renewal that began in 2022 with a new editorial coordination and was reinforced by the launch of a new online platform in 2023.

Founded in 2005, jazz.pt is today the only magazine in Portugal dedicated exclusively to jazz and improvised music, with a continuous and uninterrupted trajectory that makes it a unique case in Portuguese music journalism. After eight years in print (43 issues), the publication shifted entirely to digital format, expanding its audience and maintaining an almost daily rhythm of news, articles, reviews, interviews, and features. It's worth noting that more than 70 contributors have collaborated with the magazine over the years, enriching it with texts, photographs, and illustrations.
